General Policy
Changes and cancellations of bookings can be made up until 10am the day prior to arrival without charge.Cancellations made after 10am on the day prior to arrival will incur a full 1 night charge. Any damage to items on the premises will be charged to the credit card on file once costs have been determined. Smoking anywhere inside our premises is against the law and a charge of £75 will be made if this is breached.
Please note that we take full payment for your stay from the card on file on the day before arrival
